Tubing Adventure & Jakes Farewell

This past Saturday we all went and floated down the Provo river! It started out as really hot sunny day, but within an hour or so the weather turned bad.  Great big storm clouds came in and it began to rain. The water got worse and I struggled to stay on my tube. After I fell in it was nearly impossible to get back in because the water was so bad.  I kept hitting my feet on the rocks trying to stand up and I couldn' t flip my tube around. Luckily Chris floated over to save me.  I was afraid I would be floating the rest of the way down in the fridged water.

Jakes wonderful Farewell.  He gave such an awesome talk.  He was trying to make everyong laugh.  

Love this Kid!  I am going to miss him so much!
He will be such an outstanding missionary in Russia!
I will miss all the chats we have had on the phone and all
the advice I have been able to give him.
