Christmas Break

Snowboarding for the first time since I broke my elbow. It was a scary thing!
My adorable husband was there the whole time. Helping me buckle in, cheer me on, and
encouraged me throughout the many falls. Good times.

SNOW BUM! How could this be possible? It's not like I have been falling every ten feet.

I attempted to go down with Alli and Darby while Chris went down a
harder run. I struggled... I kept falling and falling on my knees. I could
not keep up with them for the life of me. Looks like I need a lot more practice.

We tried to make a sledding train. Truthfully, this was actually our third attempt. We made it down the hill!

We like to make weird faces at grandmas house.

Photo Bomb

We went bowling with the family for Christmas Eve

Loving those STRIKES

Dan is so Sweet. He read a cute Hawaiian Christmas story about giving and made us all Hawaiian Laies filled with money, candy, and gift cards. Thank you Uncle Dan

Christmas Present Exchange Between Brothers and Sisters on Christmas Eve.

It was so great talking to Jake on Christmas Morning. We really  missed having him
in the morning, but talking to him on Christmas made everything perfect.
Alli started Crying near the end of the conversation. I had to turn away from her
so I wouldn't start crying as well.

Time to Open Presents.

Good Morning!

No way! Could it be?????

My favorite Blendtec Blender! I have been wanting one of these FOREVER! Thanks Santa

One More Semester Down, Only One To Go

First Really BIG Purchase
We bought a CAR! We got a cute little Nissan Sentra:) I love it! Not too mention it gets great gas mileage. It was a scary thing to wipe our savings out, but we were able to buy it without talking out a loan. Unfortuantly a couple months into driving it a little accident happened. It was 6:30 a.m. and frosty outside. I was on the way to campus to take 3 of my finals with Chris. I overshot the suicide lane and bumped a car. My fault of course. Luckily our cute new car just got a little dent. The situation turned out a lot better than it potentially could have.
We
As part of the SDA club at BYU we had a little halloween party.
Because of our lack of space in our appartment and money to
go out and buy costumes we had to be a little creative this year.
I found an old striped shirt and drew silver flags on a blue shirt
for chris. I think our costume turned out pretty good considering all.

Madison has become my recent scarf model buddy.
We have gone out and taken pictures with the Jerry Garcia Scarves.

This doesn't give the hike justice at all! For about 1/2 a mile we had to hold onto chains.
At one point there were sheer cliffs on both sides.

Over Thanksgiving Break we decided to hike Angels Landing. It was the 4th time for me and the 1st time for Chris and Makell. I thought Chris was going to make me us turn around and quit hiking. The whole way he kept saying to me. "Kay hold on tight, dont let go." I guess my husband sees me as a little bit clumsy. At the end of the hike he said. "Kay, you are never allowed to do that again." It was a gorgeous hike though.

Look who I found while we were taking pictures.
Elder Butters!
Chris knows I love these. One day I came home from work to this!
Oh I love my husband. He's the cutest.
