A little bit of exploration!

We went and did a session at the oakland temple!  It was one of the neatest experience! It is such a gorgeous temple inside and outside. You can go up and walk around the top of the temple.  It was interesting because a lot of brides would just come take their pictures here at the oakland temple.  I guess even if your not LDS this is considered one of the best places to take wedding pictures! 

All the bark on this tree fell of in huge strips! Its pretty awesome! 

Chris is just such a cutie!  It was a fun day walking around the redwoods.
It was rainy out but we didn't get too wet because of the massive trees
blocking all of the rain. 

Driving in the City in Oakland they have an awesome lake in the middle.
We spent the afternoon here before we went to pick up Chris's cousin Alyssa
from the airport. Originally we walked around China Town thinking we would eat there.
After seeing all the raw fish swimming and dead everywhere in the markets we change our mind.
 We decided to venture into old Oakland and found a little burrito joint.  5 bucks for a massive
burrito. Doesn't get much better than that.  

We are inside a tree! How awesome! This tree is so big you could
bring a mat and sleep overnight inside. 

I just cant get over how cool this tree is. 

They had some of the oldest tallest trees. 

We went on a little off path hike that was kinda fun!
